Compliance Forms and Additional Information

 The Compliance Office is dedicated to providing essential services that ensure adherence to regulations and policies within the Jicarilla Apache Nation. Our office is responsible for issuing various permits, including: 

• Oil & Gas Work Permits 
• Construction Work Permits 
• Ranch Work Permits 
• Vehicle Permits

Applications for more than 15 work permits must be submitted by mail. Work permits are issued by appointment only, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

VEHICLE PERMITS 

• Oil and Gas companies must secure vehicle permits from the Oil and Gas Administration.
• Construction companies must secure vehicle permits from the Department of Labor office for any business activities. 

EARLY EXPIRATION OF WORK PERMITS

If a driver’s license or ID is set to expire before the end of the application year, the work permit card will expire on the same date as the driver’s license or ID. Upon expiration, the employee must submit a complete work permit application packet and pay all applicable fees to renew and update the card.
