Applications for work permits exceeding 15 cards must be submitted by mail. Work Permits by appointment. Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
VEHICLE PERMITS/DELIVERY TRUCK PERMITS
Oil and Gas companies must contact the Oil and Gas Administration for vehicle permits.
EARLY EXPIRATION OF WORK PERMITS
For driver's licenses expiring before the year of application, the work permit card will expire on the same date as the driver's license/ID. Upon expiration of the work permit, the employee must submit a complete work permit packet and pay all associated fees to update their card.
